An Authentic Space for Women 45+
This in-person process group is thoughtfully designed for women aged 45 and older, offering a safe and supportive space to explore the complexities and joys that come in the more mature years. Together, we’ll navigate this journey with openness, grace, and perhaps even a touch of playfulness and humor. Limited to just 8 participants, this group encourages deep connection and understanding while fostering meaningful relationships with others on a similar path. With a minimum 12-week commitment, you’ll have the opportunity to embrace the messy moments, share your experiences, and find strength and growth in community.
