GROUP THERAPY

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Group therapy, from my perspective, offers one of the most powerful and effective settings for transforming the limiting beliefs and relational patterns that hold us back from feeling alive and fulfilled.

In this shared space, individuals connect with others who can relate to their experiences, fostering a sense of understanding and belonging. Witnessing and learning from each other’s journeys allows members to challenge their old patterns and ways of thinking.

Within this reciprocal exchange of support—both giving and receiving care—participants begin to internalize compassion and acceptance leading to new ways of relating to self and others.
