Trauma recovery begins with nervous system regulation. Neuroscience shows that our bodies hold the imprints of past experiences that can keep us stuck in survival responses, affecting how we feel, think, and relate to others. Through mindful, body-based approaches, we work together to help your system find balance and stability. As we explore your unique trauma responses, I will help you build resources and skills for self-regulation and help gradually restore a sense of safety. With this foundation, we can gently explore and integrate the different aspects of trauma memories, allowing deeper healing to unfold at your own pace. Whether you're dealing with PTSD from a single event or CPTSD from ongoing experiences, healing is possible.

In our work together, we address the nervous system dysregulation that keeps you trapped in trauma responses, uncover the limiting beliefs buried in your subconscious, challenge the self-talk that sabotages progress, and dismantle the defense mechanisms that once protected you but now hold you back.

Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelic integration is the process of making sense of and applying insights gained from psychedelic experiences to everyday life. These experiences can be profound, opening new perspectives or bringing unresolved emotions to the surface, but without integration, their transformative potential may be lost or overwhelming. Integration involves reflecting on the experience, exploring its personal meaning, and consciously incorporating changes in thought patterns, behaviors, or relationships. It’s important because it bridges the gap between the altered state and the practical world, turning powerful moments into sustainable growth and healing. With proper support, integration helps ground these experiences in a way that fosters meaningful change.

While feeling anxious is a natural human response to change and challenge, chronic anxiety is not—and it doesn’t have to be your story.
